What we need from you
When you send us a scan for restoration, please bear the following in mind …
While we can work with 300 dpi images, we prefer 600, however, if your photo is small, we would definitely appreciate the higher dpi.
Also, we cannot take photos that have been photographed with a camera or mobile phone, scans only.
We have put a limit of 60Mb for the files, which should be more than enough to allow 600 dpi for most images.
The rest is quite simple…
